Mark is a highly experienced pharmaceutical executive who established Quantum in May 2023 as President and Co-Founder. He brings more than 30 years of industry experience on both the Sponsor and consulting sides of the business, with expertise in many therapeutic areas including psychiatry, neurology, cardiovascular, diabetes, metabolic, inflammation, oncology, dermatology and nephrology. Prior to Quantum, Mark founded Catalyst Regulatory Services, which he successfully operated for 9 years until it was acquired by Veristat, LLC in 2019. Prior to consulting, Mark worked for three major pharmaceutical companies (Pfizer, Pharmacia and Novartis) in roles of increasing responsibility.  Mark excels at building and leading Regulatory teams, full business financial management, and providing expert Regulatory consulting services; Mark and his teams have provided strategic guidance to >300 companies to date.
